Descriptive Words

This is a poem that I wrote about describing things.

Descriptive Language

Don’t describe,

Adjective-ate.

Don’t just say,

Describetate.

Don’t add “tate”,

Enunciate.

Don’t be boring,

Explain and be great!

This is a paragraph that I wrote using weird descriptive phrases.

Describing Oscar

          Oscar had hair dark like ant eyes. When he talked his voice was loud like something other than quiet. He had thoughts like a half-baked cake. He was relaxed and his “super important” things were as critical as “Can it wait a minute?” Oscar was as polite as pinky fingers in the air. His hands were smooth, like a whittled down, waxed all over pinecone. His eyes flickered like minnow tails and he was as smart as a shark in the dark.
